11/2 Cup Plain Flour
1 Cup Sugar (More If Needed)
3 Eggs
1 Cup Cooked And Mashed Pumpkin
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Soda Bi Carb/Baking Soda
100 Ml Cooking Oil With Out Flavor Or Aroma
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder(More If Needed)
1 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder (More If Needed)
1 Tbsp Of Orange Rind And The Juice Of Half An Orange
2 Tsp Of Lemon Rind And Juice Of 1/2 A Lemon
A Pinch Of Salt
1 Cup Mixed Nuts Chopped (Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds,Walnuts)
And Raisins

Cooking Steps:

Pre heat the oven 180 degree for 10 mins
Prepare the cake tin
Sieve the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger powder
Beat the sugar and eggs till it is creamy (add one egg at a time)
Add all the ingredients to the sugar and egg mixture and mix it thoroughly,
Put the cake mix into your prepared cake tin and bake in the preheated oven 180
degrees for 40 to 45 mins.
The cake is ready when a tooth pic inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Cool it and serve with some caramel, cream or any of your favorite toppings
