* 1/2 Kg Mutton/Lamb Clean And Cut Into Medium Size Peices
* 4 Tbsp Oil
* 1 Tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
* 2 No. Onion Grind Into Fine Paste
* 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves Clean And Grind To Make A Paste
* 1 Bunch Mint (Pudhina) Leaves Clean And Grind To Make A Paste
* 7 To 8 No. Green Chillies ( Increase Or Decrease The No. Of Chillies As Per
Your Spice Level )
* 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
* 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
* 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
* 1/2 Tsp Tumeric Powder
* 1/2 Tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder
* 1/2 Cup Thick Yogurt
* 1 Tbsp Kasoori Methi
* Coriander Leaves For Garnish
* Salt To Taste

Cooking Steps:

1. Cook the mutton/lamb in a cooker for about 3 whistle till the mutton cooks
well and is tender.
2. Take some oil in a pan and when hot , add the Onion paste.
3. Saute till light brown in colour and then add the ginger garlic paste
followed by the green chilly paste , coriander leaves paste and the mint leaves
4. Cook for about 5-10 minutes and then add garam masala powder , pepper powder
, coriander powder , cumin powder , turmeric powder and saute for about 1 min
5. Then add yoghurt and kasoori methi. And then add the cooked mutton and salt
and cook for about 10 minutes.
6. Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
