This is my mom's recipe...recall cousin's and friends experiencing Pleasure & Pain while relishing this dish. :-) This is a (packet) Masala free, spicy dish.

Ingredients:

* 1 Kg Or 2 Lbs Chicken (Skinless, Small Pieces)
* 1 Egg
* 2 Onions (Large)
* 12 To 16 Green Chilies (Thai)
* 1 1/2 To 2 Tsp Salt
* 1 Tsp Pepper (Coarse/Ground)
* 3 To 4 Tbsp Oil
* Cilantro Leaves
* Pinch Of Turmeric Powder

Cooking Steps:

1. Rinse Chicken in water for few minutes and drain the water
2. Chop onions and green chillies
3. Marination for 10-15 minutes - Mix Chicken with an Egg, Chopped raw onion
(1), Chillies (3-6), Salt, Pepper & Turmeric powder.
4. Heat oil in a wok (Temperate Medium - Not High) and ADD Chopped onion (1)
and Green Chillies (10) & Fry till onions are Golden Brown
5. Add Marinated Chicken to the Wok and partially cover the wok with a lid;
continue to stir every 3-5 minutes
6. Should be cooked in 20 Minutes. (For more dryness, remove lid and follow same
step).
7. Wash & Add Cilantro leaves on top
