Ingredients:

* 1 Ripe Mango, Diced
* 1 Small Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
* 1 Small Red Onion, Chopped
* 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
* 1 Green Chili, Deseeded, Chopped

Dressing
* Juice From 1/2 Lime
* 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger Minced
* 1 Tbsp Honey
* 1 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar
* 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
* Pepper
* Salt
*

Cooking Steps:

1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss until well
combined.

Serve as a dip or as a salad.
