Aloo Paratha

For The Roti :
* 2 Cup Wheat Flour
* 2 Tsp Cooking Oil/Ghee
* Salt To Taste
* Luke Warm Water For Knead (Make Dough)
* Ghee For Frying The Aloo Paratha
Mix All The Above Ingredient And Knead It To Make A Soft But Firm Roll Able

For The Filling :
* 2 Large Potatoes Hard Boiled And Mashed
* 2 Green Chillies Chopped Finely
* 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped Finely
* 2 Tsp Roasted Jeera
* Juice Of Half A Lime
* Salt To Taste
Other Options : Finely Chopped Ginger, Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder
Etc (Flavors Of Your Choice)
I Used All The Above Ingredient Fresh, You Could Sauté It In Little Oil And Mix
With The Boiled Potatoes
Mix All The Above Ingredients With The Boiled Mashed Potatoes And Cool It.

Cooking Steps:

- Take a large ball of the roti dough and make a small round roti, place a lime
size potato mix in the center of the roti and get all the edges to the center
and cover the potato mix.
- Now slowly roll the dough into a round shape, like a chapati.
- Put this roti on a hot tawa and roast it on both side with some ghee.
- Serve the aloo paratha with sweet pickle, flavored curds(curds mixed with
roasted jeera powder, pepper,dry mint or flavors of your choice) or thadkka
dhal. I like my aloo paratha with this filling.
